These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradeMaster Pro, a BTC/USDT trading bot service operated by a solo developer ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 What We Provide

• Automated BTC/USDT trading bot for Binance exchange
• EMA crossover strategy with RSI and Bollinger Band filters
• Web-based dashboard for monitoring and configuration
• Testnet support for practice trading
• Email notifications for trade executions

1.2 What We Don't Provide

• Multi-exchange support (Binance only)
• Multiple trading pairs (BTC/USDT only)
• Advanced AI or machine learning features
• Guaranteed profits or investment advice
• 24/7 customer support

1.3 Service Availability

Our service is provided on a best-effort basis. As a solo developer operation, we aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Pricing

• Monthly Subscription: $29/month
• Free Trial: 7 days (no credit card required)
• Billing: Processed through PayPal
• Currency: USD

2.2 Billing and Payment

• Monthly billing occurs on the same date each month
• Payment is processed automatically through PayPal
• Failed payments result in service suspension after 3 days
• You're responsible for keeping payment information current

2.3 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your dashboard or PayPal
• Service continues until end of current billing period
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Data retained for 90 days after cancellation

2.4 Refunds

• Pro-rated refunds available within first 30 days
• Refunds processed at Developer's discretion
• No refunds for trading losses or poor performance
• Refund requests must be submitted via email

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches
• You're responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 API Keys and Exchange Accounts

• Provide valid Binance API keys with spot trading permissions only
• Never grant withdrawal permissions to API keys
• Ensure sufficient balance for trading operations
• Comply with Binance's terms of service

3.3 Trading Risks

• Understand that cryptocurrency trading involves risk
• Only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• Test strategies on testnet before live trading
• Monitor your account regularly

3.4 Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering or copying our software
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Attempting to circumvent security measures

6. Limitation of Liability
